
The official launching and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Upgrading of Cacao Processing Equipment took place at the Cagayan Valley Cacao Development Center of Isabela State University – Echague Campus.



This initiative, a collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the Shared Service Facilities (SSF) program, aims to empower local cacao farmers and processors. With state-of-the-art equipment, we are poised to enhance the quality and increase the production of our region’s finest cacao products.
