  1. Provide quality and balanced curricular programs to suit the need of students in terms of intellectual and technical skills with utmost competency, imbued with spiritual, moral and social development for them to become a well-rounded member of the society.

Transform students into citizens enriched with moral and spiritual values to become productive, sensitive and responsive to economic, social, environmental and political issues in order for them to contribute in the improvement of the quality of life in their community, the country and the whole of humanity;
