The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) and the University Health Services, in partnership with PhilHealth, invite students aged 21 years old and above to participate in the PhilHealth KonSulta Caravan on November 25, 2025, at the University Amphitheater.

This program aims to promote preventive and primary healthcare among ISUans through free registration, consultation, and basic medical services provided by PhilHealth, the Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), Adventist Hospital Santiago City, and the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Echague.
