In an impactful move towards bolstering Higher Education Research and Innovation (HERAI), a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) content was crafted and finalized on March 21, 2024, between Isabela State University (ISU) and Philippine Normal University – North Luzon. This pivotal agreement aims at fostering an environment that enriches the collection, analysis, and management of university data, aligning closely with the Sustainable Development Goal 4 – Quality Education.

This newly formed alliance heralds the initiation of the HERAI University Portal, a significant step taken by both ISU and PNU – North Luzon in their quest to champion innovative educational advancements. The collaboration encompasses far more than the portal itself, stretching into realms of commercialization and various other initiatives designed to mutually benefit the institutions involved. This partnership is poised to be a catalyst for groundbreaking progress in the higher education sector, promising to unlock new possibilities in research, learning, and engagement with the community.
