Pursuant to CSC Circular No. 6, s. 2022, which provides policies on flexible work arrangements in government offices, a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement will be implemented on Monday, March 31, 2025. Accordingly, all classes on that day shall shift to
online mode. This decision is made in consideration of the rising heat index in the province, which poses potential health risks to the students and the employees.
To ensure the continuity of frontline services, a skeleton workforce shall be assigned to report on-site. Heads of offices are directed to identify and schedule personnel who will be physically present to address urgent matters and provide necessary assistance. All other
employees shall work remotely and remain accessible online during office hours.
However, as per Memorandum No. 183, s. 2023, issued by this office, the work-from- home arrangement will not cover the offices with exigent services such as, but not limited to, the Security Office, General Services, and laborers/field workers. Furthermore, the Infrastructure Office may be required to report to campus as needed, particularly for monitoring ongoing projects.
