Isabela State University (ISU) Echague Campus has received a Plaque of Appreciation for being a PhilHealth YaKaP Advocate, for championing student health and serving as the primary point of care on campus.

The plaque of Appreciation was received by Dr. Christian G. Guillermo, YAKAP Officer of ISU Echague during the PhilHealth Regional Office II Stakeholders YaKaP Summit 2025 held at Casa Jardin, Santiago City, Isabela on December 10, 2025.

Isabela State University (ISU) Echague will continue to uphold and expand its role as a PhilHealth YaKaP Advocate, ensuring comprehensive health support and accessible primary care services for its student community.
