Isabela State University (ISU) received officials from the Provincial Government of Isabela for the Rice Subsidy Distribution Program on July 31, 2025 at the Admin Building, ISU Echague Campus.

Through the program, rice subsidies were distributed to University employees, an initiative that reflects the Provincial Government’s support for the welfare of public servants in the government sector.

This partnership between the Provincial Government and ISU is essential in promoting the well-being of its human resource, needed in sustaining quality public service and academic excellence.
