Febvoah R. Joaquin, a BS Accountancy student from the Isabela State University Echague Main Campus, has emerged as the Regional Champion at the 28th Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ) Regional Championship held on November 15, 2024, at the PSA Conference Room, Tuguegarao City. Ms. Joaquin was guided to victory by her coach, Mr. Erwin G. Corpuz, faculty member of the College of Education.
