Isabela, Philippines — April 16, 2024 — In a move aimed at fostering collaboration and strengthening academic ties, Isabela State University (ISU) and Philippine Normal University-North Luzon (PNU) have signed a ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to promote higher education research and innovation. The agreement marks a significant milestone in the partnership between the two institutions and is expected to pave the way for groundbreaking advancements in education and research.

The MOA signing ceremony took place at the Isabela State University Main Campus, with key officials from both universities present. ISU President Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino represented by Dr. Marinel Dayawon, Director for Instruction, and PNU President Dr. Bert J. Tuga, represented by Dr. Jandy S. Danzalan, Director for Research, Extension, QA & Development, led their respective delegations in the signing event. The agreement aims to create a dynamic collaborative environment where the two institutions can work together on various academic and research projects.
